Quality Care Sleep Diagnostics was founded by Perry Sanford, a  registered Respiratory Therapist and Certified Sleep Consultant for more than 12 years.  Mr. Sanford is best known for his Respiratory and Sleep Specialities in the Austin area.  He has an article published in the National HME News magazine and has been identified in the local news for assisting less fortunate children in returning home from Children's Hospital of Austin.
